Hello. First, I have dealings with this location for years; I miss Rob who was the manager; now Patrick is in place. I have always received good service and done in a timely manner. This is one of the auto location I have dealt with. The whole crew is just awesome and they have never let me down!!!!!I will love them to the end of the death of my auto!!!!ANY TIME YOU NEED YOUR CAR, SUV OR WHATEVER FIXED I WOULD TAKE MY VEHICLE TO 2727 N. SCOTTSDALE RD......I RESPECT THEIR CREDIBILITY!!!!!THE BEST REPAIR SHOP AND I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM FOR YEARS!!!!
Store manager Rob and his team at the Thomas and Scottsdale location in Scottsdale, Arizona, have been nothing short of phenomenal in their customer service in my experience. They've repaired my car and my girlfriend's car with professionalism and dignity on some high ticket items where other bids have been sky high for unnecessary add-ons. I'd recommend this location to any of my friends in need of car repair.
I couldn't get my Focus to the shop but guys at Scottsdale Aamco brought my car in and was so helpful to get my car back to me.
Service was completed within time given. It was fairly priced. I have had no further problems. Shop manager was friendly and informative.

All is good when it ends good. I knew about Aamco Transmissions from my friends and I took my car there once when the engine started making an unusual noise. The repairmen quickly discovered what the problem was and repaired it quickly.
I thought this location was great and the people were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Great Job.
Extremely helpful! Told me my waterpump was bad on my new car, they gave me a good quote, but ended up getting it done at the dealership. Aamco also provided me with a required maintenance list for when my car will need to be serviced, great people, will work with you!
CONSISTANTLY GREAT SERVICE. I ve been coming to AAMCO for a number of years now and the service is always amazing. They always do a fantastic job, and I m constantly amazed at how quickly and efficient they work. I work for a company that has constant van issues/maintenance needs and the staff is always welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They offer great advice without trying to force repairs onto you that your vehicle does not need. I gladly recommend them to anyone I can.

I live in Tucson, so when my car died in the middle of the scorching summer heat of Scottsdale, Jeff may have literally saved my life. My car was stuck in a parking lot at down the road from his shop. I got way too hot pushing my car out of the road, I needed help and Jeff stepped up! He had connections for emergency towing services, gave me water and provided shelter from the heat. Jeff was able to get my car to his shop and fixed the alternator and replaced my battery so me and my family could get home safely. I strongly suggest contacting Jeff for all of your car care needs! I was referred to this AAMCO because of a dent in the oil pan on my 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel pickup. When Jeff and his team inspected my truck, they discovered several leaks from various places on my truck. The team attacked the problem with an attitude I have not seen before in any other business I have dealt with in my 77 years on this planet. When the job was completed, they had repaired every leak in my 26 year-old truck, replaced the oil pan, and left me with a feeling of satisfaction I have never experienced before in vehicle service and repair. Thank you, Jeff and crew, for the wonderful service you provide! Now I can keep this truck for another 25 years!
Jeff and the team at this location have been absolutely stellar! Jeff took the time to explain the work and parts needed to get my 2005 Toyota in good condition again that worked within our budget. If I could I would rate them 10 stars!!
